Our weekly Group fitness classes include modifications for all levels and all abilities to ensure that everyone can take a step toward meeting their fitness goals. Our ARC certified instructors are top-quality, providing a workout experience that is sure to captivate you! All classes take place in the Fitness Center Studio, located in the Lower Level of the ARC, unless otherwise noted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are also continuing our collaboration with UWB Counseling by offering Mindful Mondays in the studio all quarter long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Questions?
