Campus Parenting Stations

We offer on-site lactation stations to all nursing or pumping parents attending school or working at UW Bothell. The lactation stations provide a private, secure, clean space for you to express your milk.

Additionally, parents of infants or toddlers can find changing stations located throughout campus. Below are the available locations.

Lactation Stations

The 糖心vlog视频 offers several Lactation Stations for students, faculty, and staff. Most of these rooms can be reserved through 25Live or Google Calendar and are accessible with your Husky Card. To book a Lactation Station, please select the link for your desired location and follow the instructions. For more information about room logistics, you can visit .

To reserve time on the Google Calendar for Innovation Hall:

  1. Follow this link to the .
  2. Click on the time you would like to reserve in the calendar during open hours of the room. This will bring up an event screen for you to complete. Please keep your reservation to 陆 hour time slots.
  3. On the 鈥淎dd Event鈥 line, put only the word 鈥淩eserved.鈥
  4. In the 鈥淎dd Description鈥 field, put only your initials. Please do not add any other personal information.
  5. Click on the 鈥淢ore Options鈥 button at the bottom right corner next to the 鈥淪ave鈥 button.
  6. From here you can make your reservation recurring. Once in the 鈥淢ore Options鈥 screen, clicking on 鈥淒oes not repeat” will bring up a drop-down of options for making a recurring appointment. Choosing 鈥淐ustom鈥 will allow you to choose the desired reservation days for a hybrid schedule. This is also where the duration or ending date can be set.
  7. In the 鈥淎dd guests鈥 field, copy and paste the following calendar ID to integrate your reservation into the calendar: c_9604fee7b46a648b76adf8810ea6fa6851b06bb646767fc9d469de81ac3c586a@group.calendar.google.com
  8. When done, click the 鈥淪ave鈥 button. This should take you back to the Calendar View where you can now see the reservation event you just created.

Alternatively, to add the calendar to your Google calendar view:

  1. Go into the Google calendar in your Google interface.
  2. Under 鈥淥ther Calendars鈥 click on the plus (+) sign, 鈥淎dd Other Calendars.鈥
  3. In the 鈥淎dd Calendar鈥 dropdown menu, select “From URL.鈥
  4. In the URL field, copy and paste the (from instruction #1 above).
  5. Once the calendar has been added to your interface, follow the instructions above except in the 鈥淎dd guests鈥 field, simply start typing 鈥淟a.鈥 The title of the calendar, Lactation Room – Innovation Hall 149, will show as an option. Click on it to add it into the 鈥淎dd guests鈥 field.
  6. Hit 鈥淪ave.鈥

To make a reservation from a phone app:

**Note: This can only be set up from a desktop application. Once set, the reservation can be made with a phone application.

  1. From a desktop or laptop, log in to your Google account.
  2. Select 鈥淐ontacts鈥 from your Google account options.
  3. Select the button 鈥+ Create Contact.鈥
  4. In the e-mail field, type the calendar ID (from instruction #7 above):

  • Hit 鈥淪ave.鈥
  • On your phone, go into your Google contacts.
  • Select the Lactation Room contact you created.
  • Select the 鈥淪chedule鈥 button.
  • This will take you to the schedule screen where you can complete your reservation by following steps 2 鈥 6 in the first set of instructions. The calendar ID will already be input into the 鈥淎dd guests鈥 field.

To gain access to 25Live to request a Lactation Space in Founders Hall (UW1), Husky Hall, Commons Hall (UW2), or Summit Hall you must first complete the required 25Live training.

  1. You will only need to complete the required training one time.
  2. By default, anyone with a UW NetID can view space availability within 25Live. If you only need to view space availability, you are not required to complete the 25Live training. However we strongly encourage you review the Getting Started with 25Live training.
  3. Check out our 25Live FAQ for more information.

* The Lactation Stations are meant for single use only. Please do not make a reservation during a time that has already been reserved. Drop-ins are permitted if the space is not previously reserved or occupied.

* For access before or after hours contact Campus Safety at 425-352-5359 * When leaving the Lactation Station, please remember to take any personal belongings.
